Met Eireann has confirmed the return of settled conditions and milder temperatures this coming week, but the weekend’s weather will remain changeable.
According to the national forecaster, a high pressure system will create more settled conditions from Tuesday onwards, with temperatures rising to the low-mid 20s. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are expected to be pleasant, summer-like (by Irish standards) days.
In the meantime, Saturday and Sunday will bring a mix of sunny spells and showers, with top temperatures reaching 18-19C at best.
