It’s well known that there are now more than 9,000 tests of a backlog in tests that are to return to Ireland from Germany.
Our of the number of tests that have already been carried out, some 19% have proven positive. The HSE are beginning to give much more details and a better breakdown in relation to coronavirus cases in Ireland.
They say that they are carrying out some 2,000 test samples per day but will be increasing that number to 15,000 over the coming weeks.
