The Garda Commissioner Drew Harris has issued a stern warning to the public after four deaths occurred on the roads over the past number of days.
Harris said that people must slow down, that they should never drink and drive and that they shouldn’t use their mobile phone whilst behind the wheel.
Sadly four people died as a result of car crashes over the past week.
