Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority have launched investigations after a man died following an accident at the workplace in Cork.
The victim, who was aged in his 40s, sustained serious injuries on August 16 last while doing construction work at Kildorrery National School in north Co Cork. The man succumbed to his injuries a few days later.
The school remains closed while the investigation is ongoing.
