The Irish health service will continue to ‘support’ the 2m social distancing guideline, according to HSE boss Paul Reid.
Mr. Reid said that there’ll be no change in the HSE’s stance on the matter, despite the World Health Organization (WHO)’s recommendation that a 1m separation would suffice.
Caretaker Taoiseach Leo Varadkar recently reiterated that the 2m rule will remain in place for the foreseeable future.
