
Police had sadly confirmed that two girls aged 1 and 3 have sadly died following a road traffic collision in Scotland.
It is understood the two girls along with a man and a woman both aged 25 and 26 were killed in the crash which occurred near Fort William in the Scottish Highlands.
Police investigating the incident say the four people were killed after the MINI Cooper they were travelling in collided with a Ford Fiesta on the A82 by Hillfarm, Torlundy, at approximately 5.30pm on Thursday evening.
They also say a man aged in his 50s who was the sole passenger of the Ford Fiesta was taken to Belford Hospital for treatment for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
