A man and two children have died after a car plunged into water overnight.
The incident happened near Quigley’s Point in Co. Donegal at around 10.30pm last night. It is understood that the vehicle skidded off the road and came down an embankment before entering the water.
The deceased were aged 49, 14, and six, respectively. A woman travelling on the same vehicle managed to swim to safety.
