Thousands of people attended the funeral of four young men in Donegal who were tragically killed in a car crash on Sunday night.
At approximately 9pm on Sunday night, four young men were tragically killed in a tragic road accident which occurred at a bridge near Meenaclady between Gaoth Dobhair and Gortahork.
The men have been named as John Harley from Fál Carragh and Mícheál Roarty from Gaoth Dobhair, both aged 24, Shaun Harkin from Fál Carragh who was 22, and Daniel Scott from Gort an Choirce who was 23.
It’s understood that there was no other vehicle involved in the accident.
The local Parish Priest has said that a total of three communities are banding together in efforts to support the families of the men at this time.
