Finally it seems as though the weather is about to take a turn for the better. It’s been a very long winter over the past 5 months, but thankfully it seems that summer is on the horizon.
Met Eireann is forecasting the arrival of summer-like weather just in time for next weekend, with temperatures expected to soar to 20C.
According to the national forecaster, the weather will become gradually better over the following days, with long sunny spells and temperatures reaching mid-teens or slightly higher.
If the forecast comes to pass, Ireland might experience early summer weather by next weekend.
