Here we go again! Garth Brooks wants to play Croker in 2017

He’s got friends in low places, but has he got friends in Croke Park residents committee?

Despite his 2014 concert fiasco where the country practically came to a standstill as to whether he will or won’t, he now seems he might!

The country singer, who famously had to cancel five gigs because of complaints from residents, is now allegedly said to already have his people in talks with Croke park residents to come to an arrangement that will see him play the venue in 2017.

“The message we got from Garth’s people is we need to talk urgently and get these Irish concerts sorted soon,” a source said.

Inspired by the recent Bruce Springsteen’s concerts, the country singer and his people reportedly now want to attempt a run at Croke Park again next year.

“So much that went wrong before with Garth’s concerts was down to officialdom in Ireland so to have the Taoiseach making such a public show of how he was enjoying a concert at Croke Park is significant,” the insider told the Irish Sun.
