He’s hurt! Eamon Ryan says Ryanair boss was personally abusive

Eamon Ryan, the minister of transport, accused Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary of being “personally abusive” after the latter referred to the Green minister as “incompetent” and “idiot,” reports Breaking News.

In addition, the CEO of Ryanair demanded that Mr. Ryan step down due to the Green Party’s resistance to increasing the airport’s passenger maximum.

A number of Green Party TDs objected to the lifting of the 32 million passenger cap, including MEPs and junior ministers.

Dublin Airport has applied to Fingal County Council to increase its annual passenger capacity to 40 million, reports Breaking News.

Politicians from the Green Party, such as Minister for Children Roderic O’Gorman, have questioned the plans.

Mr. O’Leary said that Mr. Ryan is “incompetent” when he was questioned last week about the passenger cap on RTÉ radio, reports Breaking News.
