Holohan: It’s encouraging that ICU and admissions are declining

Things are beginning to look very good in terms of Ireland coming out of the coronavirus outbreak.

Thankfully, just 6 deaths were recorded on Friday with a further 39 cases of covid-19 reported.

The Chief Medical Officer, Tony Holohan has said that it’s encouraging to see that Intensive Care Units and admissions are now rapidly declining.

Phase 2 will commence on June 8th as long as things remain somewhat controlled.
