Anthony Flynn, the head of the Inner City Helping Homeless (ICHH) charity has today called Dublin Council’s bluff about making 210 beds available for rough sleepers ahead of the bitter winter months, suggesting that the Council promises solutions every year, yet nothing is actually done.

Mr. Flynn’s simply voicing the thoughts of most people around the country when it comes to promises made by the Government or city councils with regards to anything other than their own interests.

According to Mr. Flynn, it’s ‘all talk and no action,’ adding that the Council were pushed into a corner after media personnel got word of a press conference held by the ICHH in which it highlighted the drama suffered nightly by homeless people.
