Steve Stephens is currently being hunted by police in Ohio, New York, New Jersey and Washington DC. He allegedly had a row with his girlfriend and went on a killing spree afterwards.
He recorded himself live on Facebook Live randomly pulling up his car, jumping out and shooting an innocent 74-yr-old gentleman dead on the street.
The evil thug then jumped back into his car and drove away. He subsequently posted a video saying that he had killed up to 12 other people – but this hasn’t been confirmed. The coward has since gone underground and police have offered a $40,000 reward for his capture.
