Police in South London have begun an investigation this morning after an 11 month baby fell from a window on the fourth floor of an apartment complex.
According reports in the UK it is believed the young child suffered a serious head injury after plummeting from a great height at the complex which is located in the Croydon area of the city.
In a brief statement the Metropolitan Police said that enquiries are currently ongoing but the incident was being treated as “non-suspicious”.
Meanwhile a number of eyewitnesses have been left traumatised from what they had seen during the incident which occurred at approximately 2:45pm on Sunday afternoon.
