A 14 year old schoolboy is fighting for his life after falling off a bridge onto the N2.
At Finglas village, Dublin, a young schoolboy fell on the N2 northbound and was rushed to Temple Street Hospital. He was believed to be in a serious condition after the incident.
The young boy was returning from school around 4pm yesterday when the accident happened. The N2 was hectic with the afternoon traffic of people heading home from school and work.
The Gardai and ambulance were soon on to the scene when the occurrence happened which led to traffic being held up.
A number of people witnessed the incident.
