There’ll be no bells ringing for Nobel Peace Prize loser Great Thunberg after her new found world fame failed to bag her the prestigious award.
The 16-yr-old Swede was tipped to get the top prize after she stormed the world with her “how dare you” speech to world leaders who ‘stole her future’.
British journalist and tv presenter Piers Morgan didn’t waste much time saying what he thought of the matter. The Good Morning Britain host appeared to mock the teenage activist after the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed. The winner won the prize for his efforts to ‘achieve peace and international cooperation’ through his peace deal with Eritrea.
Morgan wrote on Twitter: ‘How DARE they actually give it to someone who forged peace?!!!!’
He had recently posted:
‘What’s she done for peace, exactly? ‘She’s got just very, very angry about climate change, abused loads of adults & terrified millions of children.’
