He’s a top doctor and adviser to the HSE and he’s saying that Level 3 isn’t enough in response to the outbreaks in Dublin.

A Dublin doctor has said that the National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET) should ‘seriously consider’ Level 4 restrictions for the capital.

Dublin will officially be put under Level 3 restrictions this weekend, meaning that up to 25 people can get together.
