The HSE Chief Executive Paul Reid has revealed that he has received his first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
Reid who got his vaccine this morning, said that he received the AstraZeneca vaccine at IT Sligo.
In a tweet he said: “Pleased have just been administered my 1st Dose #AstraZenaca vaccine at the @itsligo.”
“Thanks to Gerry McGlinchey & for coming back from retirement to be a vaccinator. The overall vaccination programme is a massive showcase for the value of our public & health services.”
