The Health Service Executive has confirmed today that ten staff at a disability service in Co. Tipperary have been placed ‘off-duty’, while a complaint is investigated.
Sources at the HSE have confirmed that the complaint relates to some concerns raised about care practices at two residential unit run by the Daughters of Charity in Roscrea.
The Gardaí and HIQA have also been notified.
The complaint is now being investigated in detail.
