The HSE chief executive Paul Reid has confirmed that the HSE plan to start Covid-19 vaccinations from tomorrow onwards.
Speaking on RTE’s This Week programme, Reid said that they plan to begin vaccinations on December 29t.
Speaking about Ireland’s delayed start to vaccination programme Reid said that the HSE wanted to get it right and that there were issues in regards to consent for residents in care homes.
Reid said there was a complex consent programme for both those in care facilities and the elderly.
