The HSE have confirmed that they are looking to recruit 700 people to carry out swabbing in order to support the Covid-19 testing scheme.
In an announcement the HSE say they are looking to find recruits beginning from next week.
It is understood that the health service is looking to fill roles in order to allow current health care workers to return to their normal positions.
The HSE say they are looking for students and part time workers to fulfil the roles and training will be provided.
