Hundreds of people turn out to try and help Icelandic man Jon Jonsson’s family locate him




Hundreds of members of the public turned up to help try and locate missing Icelandic man Jon Jonsson in Dublin today.

The Icelandic man Jon Jonsson’s family were interviewed on last night’s Late Late Show where they appealed for help in located their brother who has been missing for the past two weeks.

He has been missing for 2 weeks and no one has seen any trace of whereabouts since Saturday February 9th.

Earlier in the week, gardai in Dublin have re-issued an appeal to the public for their assistance in order to help trace the whereabouts of missing Icelandic man Jon Jonsson.

Mr Jonsson, 41, has not been seen since he was last spotted in Whitehall area of Dublin, at approximately 11am on Saturday February 9th.

Jon is described as being 6 ft in height, of medium build, with short brown hair.

When he was last seen Jon was wearing a black padded jacket.

Gardai say both they and Mr Jonsson’s family are deeply concerned for his welfare and are urging anyone with any information to come forward and contact them.
