In what can only be described as a truly amazing fight in Dublin three arena, Katie Taylor managed to come back and beat Chantelle Cameron in Dublin’s 3Arena.
The rematch from their first bout in May saw the action underway from the get go. It was incredible throughout the 10 round bout.
Chantelle gave it her all but tonight’s victory means that Katie is once again champion.
Following the 10 round bout, Taylor and her promoter Eddie Hearn said that they want a trilogy, the first in women’s boxing, to be held in Croke Park in the summer of 2024.
If it happens, it truly would be the ultimate showdown for the Bray woman and fitting end to her glittering career.
