Icelandic man Jon Jonsson’s mother arrives in Ireland determined to find out what has happened her son




Icelandic woman Hanna Bjork Thrastardottir has arrived in Ireland determined to find out what has happened to her missing son Jon Jonsson.

Tragically the Icelandic man was staying in the Bonnington Hotel, formerly named the Regency Hotel when he went missing three weeks ago.

Speaking to Virgin Media News, Hanna said that she will not leave Ireland until she finds out what happened to Jon.

He was in Dublin for a poker tournament that was to place on the night he went missing.

He was travelling with his partner who raised the alarm when he didn’t return to the hotel.

The 41-year-old has was last seen on February 9 at 11am in Whitehall, north Dublin and has not been heard from by anyone since.

His family are still in Dublin and appeared on the Late Late Show trying to drum up help in locating their brother.
