Even though the hardship of winter is just around the corner (there’s a mere 11 weeks left until Christmas, after all), the weather is going to remain blissfully mild and dry over the next few days.
Today, Wednesday, will see temperatures reaching 17C in places, with sunny spells breaking through across the country and just the odd isolated light shower, mostly in Munster.
And the trend is going to continue until Friday, and possibly beyond, as early indications point to a mild and settled weekend ahead with plenty sunshine and temperatures reaching highs of 15C.
