In what can only be described as truly inspirational, hotelier John Brennan spoke about how he has cancer for the last 8 and a half years.
John and brother Francis spoke about how Daffodil Day didn’t go ahead this year due to coronavirus and asked people to donate what they would have done to www.cancer.ie
Cocooning since last October, John is battling non hodgkin’s lymphoma and had to be on his own in the sacristy of the church where his mother’s funeral was being held in Sligo.
Francis recalled how his mother had a beautiful passing and both men commended the treatment that John received. Thankfully John is doing well and continues to respond well to treatment.
