Gardai are continuing their investigation into the murder of Miriam Burns who died at her home in Killarney, County Kerry.
According to RTE, a 51-year-old man is still being questioned in connection with the murder. A search has also been carried out on the outskirts of the town and Gardai are said to be still carrying out door-to-door enquiries.
Following the discovery of Ms. Burns’ body, a post-mortem examination meant that the Gardai started a murder investigation.
