Ireland’s first-even LEGO shop opens its doors on Grafton Street in Dublin today.

According to RTE, the store will feature a number of LEGO’s famous 3D models, inspired by the country and Dublin.  Monthly build challenges will take place and shoppers will be able to create their own personalised products, including custom minifigures, and choose items from the “Pick a Brick Wall”.

The shop’s management are said to be planning to “turn Grafton Street into Ireland’s very own LEGO-land” while the company are very keen to promote sustainability in their business.

The head of marketing for LEGO UK and Ireland Isabel Graham told RTE News that the company is delighted to be opening their first LEGO store in Dublin and there will be lots of fun in the store, describing LEGO as something for “kids and playful souls of all ages.”
