A hunt has been launched for a man with a distinctive neck tattoo, after a teenage girl was left shakem after an incident in London.

She was approached twice by the man as she walked in the Flempton Road area of Waltham Forest.

The first incident occurred on 18 November and the second on 21 November.

Police say the girl was walking to school when she met the man. On Nov. 18, he spoke to the ten-year-old before she could leave.

Detectives say the man spoke to her the second time and grabbed her arm. Police have released an E-Fit picture of the suspect in an attempt to track him.

The man is described as white, in his 40s, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, of medium stocky build, with a bald head and thick black beard.

He is said to have a distinctive large black floral tattoo covering the entire front of his neck and another tattoo consisting of black lines covering his left hand.

Detective Constable Jaime Thor said: “While the girl who was approached in these incidents was not physically hurt, she was understandably shaken and scared by what is alleged to have happened. She continues to struggle with the impact of the experience,” reports Metro.

At the time of the first incident, on Nov. 18, the man was said to be wearing a navy blue and black beanie and a navy blue hoodie with a zipper and a hole.

During the second incident, he is said to have been wearing a light gray or white zip-up hoodie with short sleeves.

On both occasions, he wore gray sweatpants and black boots, along with a multi-pocket black backpack.
