A Garda investigation is underway this afternoon after a major blaze broke out at a school in Dundalk in the early hours of this morning.
The investigation comes after the fire broke out at St Louis’s Secondary School in Dundalk, at approximately 3am this morning.
It is understood emergency services were alerted to the incident after a passer-by noticed the building on fire.
Thankfully no one was injured in the blaze and firefighters have been praised for their swift reaction and brave efforts to put out the blaze.
