An investigation is underway after a patient file was found in a public park in Co Donegal.
It is understood that the file belonging an elderly patient, was found at Bernard McGlinchey Park, near Letterkenny University Hospital.
According to RTÉ News the file was found by a family walking in the park.
It is not yet known how the file ended up in the park.
