Ireland have capped off their Six Nations campaign with a superb 32-18 win over England.
In CJ Standar’s final match for the boys in green, Andy Farrell’s men gave him the perfect send off as Ireland dominated their ill disciplined opponents to run out clear winners.
Ireland who were buoyed by last week’s hard fought win over Scotland had Keith Earls, Jack Conan and the boot of Johnny Sexton to thank as they managed to win despite finishing the game with 13 men after Aki was sent off whilst Murray was sin binned at the death.
Scores as follows:
Ireland 32
Tries: Earls (21), Conan (36)
Conversions: Sexton (22,37)
Penalties: Sexton (17,29,50,61,68,73)
England 18
Tries: Youngs (64), May (78)
Conversions: Daly (79)
Penalties: Farrell (9,26)
