No overseas visitors will be allowed at the upcoming Olympic Games in Japan, it has been confirmed today, as the pandemic remains a grave threat.
It is understood that thousands of people who had purchased tickets will be refunded.
The Olympic Games are due to begin on July 23 and end on August 8.
