Following an apparent stabbing in east Cork, a man is reportedly in critical condition, reports Breaking News.
Just after 8 p.m. on Friday, Friday, Gardaí and emergency personnel were called to the scene on the Newtown Road.
After being beaten, a man in his 30s was sent to Cork University Hospital (CUH), where he is still in severe condition.
While forensic investigators await the gardaí, the location is now blocked off, reports Breaking News.
