Parks, beaches, and outdoor recreation facilities across the country are expected to be packed this Bank Holiday weekend, as the weather is forecast to remain warm and sunny until Monday morning at least.

Temperatures today, and over the weekend, are expected to reach 23-24C pretty much everywhere.

However, there may be a change in the weather towards Monday afternoon, with some heavy showers developing, becoming widespread in the evening time.

The coming week is likely to be warm but wet, with temperatures dipping next Friday.
