Irish Bishops say 10 family members are allowed to attend funerals during coronavirus outbreak but must adhere to social distancing




In what is now widely described as an unprecedented time, Irish priests have been put under major pressure to allow more people attend funerals during the coronavirus outbreak.

Fr Paddy Byrne described how much of a difficult time it is and how obviously people want to attend funerals of their loved ones.

Bishops and undertakers have advised that only 10 family members attend funerals during the outbreak and that they use social distancing while in attendance.
