The Irisn Navy vessel LÉ Róisín has rescued almost 400 migrants during two separate operations in the Mediterranean Sea.
The craft, working alongside Italian Maritime Rescue units, took 274 people off the water on Monday morning. A further 125 were rescued on separate mission shortly afterwards.
Once safe, the migrants were handed over to the Italian authorities.
