The Irish citizen reported missing after travelling to South Africa to meet a woman has been found safe and well.
It was earlier reported that Irishman Stanley Currie had not been seen or heard from since landing in Johannesburg on December 30. It is understood that he flew with a one-way ticket and was carrying a large amount of money on him.
His family were deeply concerned that the person he went to meet, someone whom he had been chatting to online for about 2 years, was a scammer.
South African authorities have now confirmed that Mr. Currie has been located.
