Gardaí in Co Kerry have sadly confirmed that a woman aged in her 50s has sadly died following a road traffic incident on Monday.
In an announcement Gardaí confirmed that the woman sadly passed away after the car she was driving collided with a truck in Woodford, outside Listowel.
Gardaí say the truck driver was uninjured in the incident which occurred shortly after 3pm.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
