In a passionate interview, rugby pundit and broadcaster George Hook told the Late Late Show’s audience he feels consistent rugby tackles, concussion and certain tackles cause irrevocable damage and possibly life-ending damage.

Tubridy did his best to provoke Hook with various jabs mainly about Hook claiming last week that he’d sue Johnny Sexton over disparaging comments made by Sexton about Hook’s validity in his claims.

Hook presented facts about a number of people who have died from rugby related injuries or have had suicidal tendencies, domestic abuse or dementia.

He cited American football as his main example, where some doctors claim players die 20 yrs earlier than they should due to their injuries from playing.
