Italian authorities have confirmed that the number of deaths related to the Coronavirus has risen past 100.
In a statement the country’s Civil Protection Agency confirmed that 107 people have sadly passed away following the outbreak.
They added that the number of cases has reached 3,090.
It is believed that the virus has spread across the country having previously been mainly located in the North of the country.
