“It’s crazy – Ireland can’t have First Holy Communions but the Barcelona has 60,000 at a football stadium”, Healy-Rae lambasts the government over the ludicrous vaccine cert

Independent TD Micheal Healy-Rae didn’t hold back on the Tonight Show on Virgin Media. The Kerryman stated that he didn’t agree whatsoever with Micheal Martin and Tony Holohan’s demands that only those who are fully vaccinated will be allowed dine indoors from July 19th.

He said that it’s terribly unfair on people who own, manager and work in the hospitality sector. He said that it’s utterly crazy and that people should be allowed open their premise as promised from Monday to the entire country.

Michael Healy-Rae made the example that children who are not vaccinated wouldn’t be allowed enter pubs or restuarants with their parents who are vaccinated.

He asked how First Holy Communions and Confirmations can’t go ahead in Ireland but that 60,000 people can attend a packed football stadium in Barcelona. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

What do you think? Is the rest of Europe wrong and Ireland is right?
