A great white shark has been found washed up on a beach in Western Australia. The JAWS lookalike had apparently choked on a sea lion as the body of a large lion was found in the shark’s gullet.
Scientists were bemused at the shark at first due to the fact that it was found beached with no signs of injury.
But some swimmers had seen a shark thrashing around in the shallow water in the last few days, obviously in difficulty, although there was nothing they could do to help the mammal.
