Joan Gill was a staff member in the facility, one of many carers accused of assault.
She pleaded guilty to three of five charges, as was told by Brendan McDonagh to Judge Mary Devins.
The sitting occurred in Swinford District Court, Ballina.
Joan Gill, a resident of Dublin Road, Swinford did not speak throughout the sitting.
She is due to be sentenced next year.
Ms Gill is one of many staff members being charged after a report on the facility was released by the RTÉ Investigations Unit last December.
The facility is run by the HSE.
