A number of people involved in the now infamous Jobstown incident have been served with legal papers
These relate to charges brought about over the alleged false imprisonment of Tanaiste Joan Burton and alleged violent disorder of those attending a water charges protest in Tallaght in November last year.
The fallout from the incident saw over 20 people arrested. Anti-austerity TD has confirmed that he has not yet received his summons, but expects to do so soon.
