Fine Gael’s Regina Doherty has more on her plate today than demanding that ISIS bride Lisa Smith be returned to Ireland.
There’s major calls for Doherty to be given the door after the horrific Public Service Cards debacle.
The Data Protection Commissioner released a report on the public services cards, which was led to calls for Minister for Social Protection Regina Doherty, finding that they were illegal.
It found that there was no lawful basis to require people to carry a card to access a growing number of State services that were not under the control by the Department of Social Protection.
The government have been ordered to delete data it had gathered on 3.2 million citizens in respect of non-welfare interactions.
There have been nnumerable calls for Doherty to be given the door after she led the €60 million taxpayer-funded illegal project.
