Given the disastrous GolfGate, it appears as though the general feeling this week is that people are getting sick and tired of Covid-19 and the restrictions and so-called guidelines associated with it.
Another major rally is planned for 2pm today at the Custom House in Dublin to protest the Covid-19 lockdown measures including the mandatory wearing of face masks and to demonstration opposition to the possibility of a mandatory coronavirus vaccine.
The rally is being organised by the Yellow Vest Movement, Health Freedom Ireland and the Irish Freedom Party (IFP).
Speakers will include Prof. Dolores Cahill of UCD and chairwoman of the IFP, Ben Gilroy, anti-eviction and civil rights activist, Michael Leahy of IFP a human rights, mental health and freedom of thought advocate, Una Mc Gurk Barrister & Senior Counsel and Maeve Murran of Health Freedom Ireland.
The Liberal will have a team covering the rally on the ground and will be reporting on it.
