The latest plans for a new road between Limerick and Cork have been put forward, with construction still years away.
A proper road between two of the main cities in Ireland has been in ‘planning’ and ‘proposal’ stage for many years, with the road itself acquiring a quasi-legendary status.
The latest plan purports to have identified a 200-meters wide corridor upon which the road would be laid out.
