There was some good news for residents at care homes across the country as limited visits were allowed.
Under the new system relatives of those in facilities are allowed to visit family members for 30 mins provided it is safe to do so.
Although not all care facilities have begun allowing visitors, it is believed that many with no Covid-19 cases began implementing a staggered booking system.
It is believed that more care homes will open up to visitors once again on a phased basis.
